  • access to new versions<\/li>
  • the supply of patches (under special conditions)<\/li><\/ul>
    These contracts can be supplemented by <\/span>Third-Party Application Maintenance<\/strong>offering adaptive, evolutionary and corrective maintenance on the customer’s specific context (configuration, developments, third-party software).<\/span>

    These contracts are mainly based on access to a HOTLINE.<\/div>
    <\/div>
    All traceability relating to these contracts is managed on our HELPDESK software, developed specifically for our business.<\/div>
