These third-party software maintenance contracts offer adaptive, evolutionary and curative maintenance on the UXP platform and its various uses (formerly PRODUCIM and PHARMACIM offers ) through :
access to new versions
the supply of patches (under special conditions)
These contracts can be supplemented by Third-Party Application Maintenanceoffering adaptive, evolutionary and corrective maintenance on the customer’s specific context (configuration, developments, third-party software).
These contracts are mainly based on access to a HOTLINE.
All traceability relating to these contracts is managed on our HELPDESK software, developed specifically for our business.
NB: In the case of SaaS contracts, these elements are natively integrated into Standard Pack and Application services.
